Griswold ski manufacturing company was established in 1932 by Thor Groswold (a Norwegian immigrant). His company was run in two different locations in Denver Colorado until operations ceased in 1952. Thor, like many modern ski companies such as Black Crows, tweaked ski shape designs to suit the progress of the sport. Mt. Lassen Ski
