Their unique styling includes the "Diamond" shaped footplate and copper rivets at the tips. Of all the skis we've seen, I truly cannot remember another set with this distinctive Diamond pattern. These were crafted before the Paul Simon song "Diamonds on the soles of her Shoes", but it may be an appropriate
