The coat includes a cloth belt with a dull blackened metal slide buckle and cloth keeper

This was the commercially made camouflage hunting uniform typically found on the Sears Roebuck catalog of the 1950s through the 1970s. It was also used by CIA operative and US Military special operators in that time. The CIA also purchased these for the freedom fighters of the failed Bay of Pigs invasion.
