This Torrette is as traditional as it gets, a blend of 80% Petit Rouge, with 20% other local varieties Cornalin, Fumin, Mayolet, Vien de Nus, Gamay etc. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in old botti for 8 9 months before bottling. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining. As so often with Vallee d'Aoste wines, this one has delicate texture combined with powerful
