They are made from plastic flexible tubing (flexible to 50 degrees), a stainless steel 7 16 20 stud base, clear PVC outer shell (provides durability and adhesion of the reflective tape). Includes 2" wide DOT rated white reflective tape at the top for safety and high strength cable inside the tubing for durability. Hardware included; pre packaged set (2 markers).
