Sunflower Microgreen Seeds Leafy Once fully matureCollect clean soil mixed with manure in a container. Spread the microgreen seeds evenly on the soil surface. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and water immediately to make the surface damp. Keep the plant in shade and expose it to sunlight after 2 days of germination. Harvest in around 10 12 days and water regularly.
