Description
and his vineyards are some of the most prominent in the appellation
and his old vine cuvées of the indigenous Jacquere grape are the gold standard for Savoie’s fresh
but even so wine from Alenquer was considered fine enough to cost more Pintos
but with a much more elegance and restraint than the blocky

Ciro and Stephanie Biondi Etna Bianco Outis (Nessuno) 2025 corvina and his vineyards are someAt its best, Etna wines are perfectly balanced at a point of tension between crackling bright or smoke driven minerality and profound fruit. Ciro and Stephanie Biondi live at that balance point. This white is caught mid volcanic eruption with mineral intensity, but the fruit comes like a cloud of peaches and citrus, and somehow it's all delightfully balanced. Primarily made from Carricante, with small additions of Cataratto, Minella, and others.
