The grapes were fermented in new 500 liter tonneaux with subtle toasting, and then aged in them for ten months. The nose reveals an elegant interplay of fine roasted and wood aromas. A subtle spiciness accompanies the ripe fruit, reminiscent of baked apple. On the palate, the wine presents itself as juicy and creamy, with a lot of richness and a generous texture.
